The Benefits of Drinking Water

It is Vitally Important that we Drink at least 6-8 8oz glasses (2 litres) of Water per Day

The body is constantly losing water. We lose approximately half a liter through lung respiration (breathing), 1-2 liters in our urine, and about 8fl oz is lost through our skin in the form of perspiration.
